Food & Wine Festival Food Review 2

In my second installment of the #Food & #Wine #Festival in #Disney #California #Adventure I had the Salmon Peruvian Poke with Cucumber-lime Salad and the Grilled Harris Ranch Beef Tenderloin Slider with Chimichurri Sauce, and oh my gosh, they were good. I've made some exceptional choices.

The Salmon Peruvian Poke with Cucumber-lime Salad is found in the Peppers Cali-Ente booth that also serves the amazing Jalepeno Mac &  Cheese. I love sushi, I mean absolutely love it. It's one of my favorites, but some may not or don't understand that poke, like sushi, is raw fish. In this case raw salmon, and I loved it. There was a small "kick" to it, but not so much that I, with my wimpy spice pallet, couldn't handle it. The serving was tiny, for the $7.50 price tag, but that's the way it is with these tasting booths.

The Grilled Harris Ranch Beef Tenderloin Slider with Chimichurri Sauce is found at the Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo Booth, which also serves a Salt & Beer Vinegar Permesan Chicken Wings (the wings were so small they looked like they came from a quail). The slider was amazing. It was probably about a 3 oz tenderloin, about 1.5 inches thick and moist and tender and the sause was to die for. It's a slider, so it's not large, but the amount of meat was surprising for the  $8.00 price tag.

I would recommend them both.
