Disneyland Storyteller's Cafe is a changing

Buffet of Disney's Storyteller's Cafe in the Grand Californian

Those who are used to Walt Disney World in Florida will likely find the number of character meals available at #Disneyland on the skimpy side. There's only one within a park gate. That's #Minnie and Friends Breakfast at Plaza Inn at the end of Main Street in Disneyland. The others are in the onsite hotels: Donald Duck's Seaside Breakfast at PCH Grill in the Paradise Pier Hotel, Goofy's Kitchen (breakfast and dinner) in the Disneyland Hotel, and Mickey's Tales of Adventure breakfast and brunch (7am to 2 pm) at Storeytellers Cafe in the Grand Californian. All these are buffets. Storytellers used to be hosted by Chip and Dale, so this is a change as of October 10, 2018. Here is a link to a review of this new character offering:

On another note, this restaurant used to be only a character meal for breakfast only. Lunch and dinner offered an option of an all-you-can eat buffet or ordering off the menu. I really loved this because I can never eat enough to justify the buffet, so the big eaters with me could get the buffet, and I could get an appetizer or small meal, but now they only offer the buffet for dinner (lunch is now a character meal). The ala-cart meals were quite #tasty. This is a huge disappointment to me. I doubt I will be making #Storytellers a #dining regular anymore.
