#California #Adventure #food and #wine #Festival is going strong. I have tried a few of their offerings and like usual, they are small but delicious.
Citrus-Brined Pork Roast with Tangy Barbecue Sauce and Lemon Pepper Slaw at the Citrus Grove Stand
It was delicious, and this is like Southern BBQ with a vinegar BBQ sauce, not the tomato based. It tasted like the BBQ I got in North Carolina.
Korean BBQ Beef Short Rib Tacos at the LA Style Stand near Monster's Inc.
These were amazing! I was totally surprised. I didn't know what to really expect by the name, but they were better than I ever thought possible.
Jalepeno Popper Mac & Cheese at Peppers Cali-Ente Stand
This is NOT your Craft Mac & Cheese. I don't know what type of cheese they used (it was white) but it was delicious and that small bit of spice with the Jalepenos was not too much. I can't take a lot of spice, and I had no problem at all. This would be perfect for any member of your group young or old.
Meyer Lemon Macaron at Citrus Grove Stand
How can you miss with a Macaron? It had a raspberry filling in the middle of the cream that complimented the slightly tart of the lemon for a delectable treat.
I would recommend all my selections. Now I have to decide whether I want to get them over again or try something new.
